We meet the first Monday of the month, September through June, at 7:00 pm,
Wang Middle School, West Meadow Rd, Lowell, MA 01854

The Pawtucketville Citizen’s Council (PCC) was formed in the early 1970′s to further the well-being and interest of the residents of Pawtucketville and keep residents apprised of local issues which affect the community of Lowell as a whole.
